Juan Arias
Board Member and Mentor Advocate. Born in the Dominican Republic, a Christian for 23 years. A Christian Pastor for more than 10 years. Happily married with two children. Chaplain of the NCA. Mentor for men an youth of Promise Community Development Center. His ministry is to help and empower men to be good priests and fathers in their homes.
Rudy Gonzalez
CTO and Executive Member of Promise Community Development Center. Mr. Gonzalez is a Christian Minister Evangelist and a mentor with over 15 years of experience. He is also the founder and CEO of Braeburn Information Technology Services, a technology consulting firm established in 2014.

At Promise Community Development Center (PCDC) we provide individuals a place to experience God’s Love and wholeness in a safe environment. We provide hand on hand support, workshops, coaching and group session therapy.
Our trained team is committed to making a positive impact and providing a mentorship program for future generations. We help individuals and groups to deal with their everyday struggles to achieve long-term stability.

Below are some of our leaders.
Lidia Morales
Founder and Executive Director of Promise Community Development Center. She obtained a degree in Theology from the Alpha and Omega Institute Bible Seminary in 1990. She was recognized and ordained as a Pastor in 1998. She holds an AAS Degree in Administration and Humanitarian Services obtained in 2014. In June of 2016 she became a Chaplain in the NCA. In 2025 was certified as Christian mental health counselor.
Rosely Arias
Board Member & Mental Health Advocate. Chaplain of the NCA. Executive Member of Promise Community Development Center. She is a Pastors wife and has functioned in ministry for over 15 years alongside her husband Pastor Juan Arias. Her ministry is to help and empower women with special needs children
Nazaret Pacheco
Board Member & Mental Health Advocate. Chaplain of the NCA. Deaconess and advisor at Promise Community Development Center. Special needs professional aid. Her strength and calling is to help single mothers and assist children with special needs.
Jarily Mata
Board Member and Program Manager. She leads initiatives that strengthen families and increase access to essential resources. With eight years of experience in nonprofit program leadership and direct service work, she brings a collaborative and practical approach to her role. She works closely with staff, volunteers and local partners.
